• VR 演唱會的音質如何？ How is the sound quality of the VR concert?

VR演唱會的聲音全程皆由影廳喇叭輸出，演唱會以7.1 環繞聲道播放，呈現豐富的聲音細節，精準還原演唱會音效。

The audio for the VR concert is delivered entirely through the theater's speakers.  The concert is presented in 7.1 surround sound, providing rich audio details and accurately reproducing the concert's sound effects.

• 觀賞 VR 演唱會有甚麼需要注意的事項嗎？ What should be noted when attending a VR concert?

因 VR 演唱會影廳座位均已安裝 VR 頭戴式裝置電源，為確保裝置安全，影廳內禁止攜帶與使用任何食物與飲料(包含飲用水)。

另影廳內的 VR 頭戴式裝置皆已完成配對校準，入場時請勿觸碰設備，以免影響其正常運作。後續請依照影廳銀幕上的指示進行佩戴。

As the auditorium seats for the VR concert are equipped with power sources for the VR headsets, to ensure the safety of the devices, the consumption or bringing of any food or beverages (including drinking water) is strictly prohibited within the auditorium.

Additionally, all VR headsets in the theater have been pre-paired and calibrated. Please refrain from touching the devices upon entry to avoid affecting their proper functioning. Follow the on-screen instructions to wear the headsets accordingly.

•  VR 頭戴式裝置有分尺寸嗎？ Are there different sizes of VR headset?

VR 頭戴式裝置穿戴可透過頭帶進行調整，但頭圍較小之嬰幼兒或兒童則無法完整配戴。

The headset can be adjusted using the head strap. However, infants or children are not be able to wear it properly.

• 可以使用自己的 VR 頭戴式裝置嗎？ Can I use my own VR headset?

所有 VR 頭戴式裝置皆需進行設定，無法使用自行攜帶的頭戴式裝置。

All headset requires specific setup and cannot be used with personally owned devices.

• 戴 VR 頭戴式裝置時可以佩戴眼鏡嗎？ Can I wear glasses while using the VR headset?

為確保您觀影的最佳體驗，在使用 VR 頭戴式裝置時請勿佩戴實體眼鏡，除可能因壓迫感產生霧氣影響觀影品質，您的眼鏡與VR頭戴式裝置上的鏡片也可能造成永久損壞，而產生昂貴的維修費並影響後續使用者。
我們強烈建議您可佩戴隱形眼鏡，或摘下眼鏡再穿戴VR頭戴式裝置。我們的工作人員可協助您調整頭戴式裝置，以便在未戴眼鏡的情況下獲得最佳舒適度。

To ensure the best possible viewing experience, please do not wear prescription glasses while using the VR headset. Wearing glasses may cause fogging due to pressure and could also potentially result in permanent damage to the lenses, leading to costly repairs and affecting future users.

We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses or removing your glasses before using the VR headset. Our staff will be happy to assist you in adjusting the headset for optimal comfort and viewing experience without glasses.

• VR 頭戴式裝置會很重嗎？ 戴上會不舒服嗎?  有甚麼需要注意的事項?  Is VR headset heavy?  Will wearing them be uncomfortable?  What should I be aware of while using them?

威秀影城所使用的 VR 頭戴式裝置包含墊片與頭帶，重量約為800-900克，只要依照指示穿戴得當，它的舒適性與安全性足以讓人連續配戴數小時，目前VR Concert播放長度多為1小時內，對於大多數已嘗試該體驗的觀眾而言，都是很愉悅的觀賞經驗。

The VR headset used at VIESHOW Cinemas includes padding and a head strap, with a weight of approximately 800-900 grams. When worn properly according to the provided instructions, its comfort and safety features are sufficient to allow continuous use for several hours. Currently, the VR concert playback duration is typically within one hour. For most viewers who have experienced this, it offers an enjoyable and immersive viewing experience. 

• 穿戴 VR 頭戴式裝置時，還能夠戴帽子或配戴其他頭飾嗎?  Can I wear a hat or other head accessories while using a VR headset?

為確保您使用 VR 頭戴式裝置的舒適感，建議您不要戴帽子或有其他頭飾。

To ensure your comfort while using the VR headset, it is recommended not to wear hats or other head accessories.

• 觀賞 VR 影片有年齡限制嗎？ Are there any age restrictions?

我們建議的體驗最適年齡為 12 歲以上。12 歲以下的參與者應由成人陪同，幫助他們配戴 VR 頭戴式裝置。

We recommend this experience for ages 12+. Attendees under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult who can assist them with their VR headset. 

• VR 頭戴式裝置每場次是否都會消毒？ Is the VR headset disinfected after each session?

每副 VR 頭戴式裝置每場次都會進行消毒清潔。

Each VR headset will be disinfected and cleaned every session.

• 觀賞 VR 演唱會時可以尖叫或站立舞動嗎？ Is it permissible to yell or stand up and dance while watching VR Concert?

您可於觀賞 VR 演唱會時歡呼或尖叫，但請注意控制音量勿大聲喧嘩影響其他人；另因 VR 頭戴式裝置與座椅電源線連接，為了保持設備使用順暢，全程禁止站立或有太大的肢體動作。

You are welcome to cheer or scream while enjoying the VR Concert. However, please be mindful of controlling your volume to avoid disturbing others. Additionally, as the headset is connected to the seat via a power cable, standing or making large physical movements is strictly prohibited to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.

• 孕婦以及有心臟病、高血壓的觀眾適合觀賞 VR 演唱會嗎？ Are pregnant women and viewers with heart disease or high blood pressure suitable for watching the VR Concert?

孕婦以及有心臟病、高血壓的觀眾請斟酌觀賞。
Pregnant women and viewers with heart disease or high blood pressure are advised to use discretion when watching.

• 我去洗手間時，VR 頭戴式裝置可以一起帶去嗎？ Can I take the VR headset with me when I go to the restroom?

如需離開影廳(包含使用洗手間)，都須將 VR 頭戴式裝置放置於原位(前方座位的椅背袋中)。

If you need to leave the theater (including using the restroom), please place the VR headset in its designated spot (in the seatback pocket of the seat in front of you)

• 如果我遲到了，還能進場嗎？ If I am late for session, can I still enter to the theater?

若遲到超過20分鐘，您已錯過 VR 頭戴式裝置設定時間，請尋求工作人員協助配戴 VR 頭戴式裝置並進行同步，即可觀賞演唱會。

If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will have missed the VR headset setup session. Please seek assistance from staff to wear the VR headset and synchronize it so you can enjoy the concert.

• 看到一半覺得頭很暈該怎麼辦？ If I start feeling dizzy, here's what I should do？

建議您先將 VR 頭戴式裝置取下，稍作休息。

Remove the VR headset and take a short break to rest.

• 看到一半突然沒畫面該怎麼辦？ What should I do if the screen suddenly goes blank halfway through?

請舉手向影廳內的工作人員反映。

Please raise your hand to signal the staff inside the theater.

• 看到一半影片畫面位置偏移，該怎麼辦？ What should I do if the screen image becomes misaligned while watching?

因 VR 頭戴式裝置調校時，會依您當時頭部的位置進行校準(如平視、仰看或俯視等)，因此如觀影期間，頭部位置有較大的變動，可能會有影片畫面位置偏移的狀況，可嘗試回復到頭部設定時的原始位置，或舉手請服務人員協助重新校準即可。

During the calibration of the VR headset, adjustments are made based on the position of your head at that moment (such as looking straight ahead, upward, or downward). Therefore, if there is significant movement of your head during the viewing experience, the screen image may become misaligned. In this case, you can either try to return to the original position you were in during the calibration process or raise your hand to request assistance from the staff for re-calibration.

• 如果 VR 設備損壞，我該賠償嗎？ If the VR headset is damaged, do I need to compensate for it?

 VR 頭戴式裝置造價昂貴，若裝置不慎毀損須照價賠償，每副為新台幣 $20,000，請您務必小心使用。

The VR headset device is expensive, and in case of accidental damage, full compensation at the cost of NT$20,000 will be required. Please handle it with utmost care.
